We're looking for a sharp operator to own and scale our day-to-day business engine. You'll work directly with the founders to build systems, lead cross-functional teams, and turn our vision into reliable execution. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves solving complex operational challenges at speed.
Own the end-to-end design of our buyer, seller, and admin apps. You'll take complex land verification workflows and turn them into intuitive, beautiful experiences for users ranging from NRI investors to rural farmers. We care deeply about craft and accessibility — both equally.
Lead a team of ground surveyors across Khammam, Warangal, and Nalgonda districts. You'll coordinate GPS tagging, drone survey scheduling, and physical verification of property claims. Fluency in Telugu and deep knowledge of Telangana's revenue system (Pahani, Adangal, passbook) is essential.
Build the core platform that verifies, stores, and serves land data for millions of users. You'll work across our PWA, real-time verification pipeline, and blockchain integration layer. We use TypeScript, React, Supabase, and Solidity — but we care more about how you think than what stack you know.
